Comparable land sales information may be obtained from the Farm Land Security Board's Web-based comparable land sale inquiry for all Rural Municipalities or specific legal land description. The cost is $7.50 (taxes included) per Rural Municipality or legal land description. A corporate license is available for $2,500 (plus taxes) per year.

Land Sales Data is current to the date indicated at the bottom of the comparable land sales login screen.     

Printed copies of comparable land sales information may be obtained from the Farm Land Security Board office for all Rural Municipalities or for specific legal land descriptions. The cost is $20.00 (taxes included) per Rural Municipality or legal land description.
